After your order confirmation it will not take more than 24 hour, our team is always ready to do their best on time, still a minimum standard time is 24 hour.
The products must be returned in accordance with the customer’s claim and the details of the terms of the claim must be provided. It is imperative that products are inspected before being collected by the delivery personnel.
Note: The customer must return the product including the warranty cards, manuals, and box. Without the box any customer can not claim the warranty.
If the order has not been dispatched, you can alter the shipping address. However, if the order has already been shipped, it cannot be modified; the item will be returned to us and then we can amend the shipping address.
After placing an order, your that order has to complete several steps/stages before it’s done with “Delivery”. To track order status, please follow the below steps:
Login to your “Valobashi Account”
Go to “Account” > “My Orders” > “View All”
From the order list, click on the “Order Number” that you want to track.
Click on Track Package
That will lead you to the “Delivery Detail” page.
From the “Delivery Detail” page, you can get the updated status of your recently placed order as per updated progress.
