In the unlikely event that your order arrives ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’, we will be more than willing to address the issue.
In order to be qualified for a refund, the product must remain in its original condition and packaging, and has not been used.
We cannot accept returns for certain items, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers, magazines), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
- We offer an easy return policy should you be dissatisfied with the product quality or size.
- We guarantee a full refund within 10 days of the return request (credit card payments may take longer depending on the processing times of your bank).
Return can be occurred in two stages:
- At the time of delivery
- After receiving a delivery (Have to notify within 24 hrs)
You can return the Products if:
- You received a defective Product.
- You received a physically damaged Product
- You are unhappy with the Products quality
- The Product is different from description on the website
- Size or Fit issue
All items which can be resold are always eligible for return. Except the following
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Products which were sold as combos or in sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items
- Products should not be used.
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Products must be in their original condition
- Items should be unused, unaltered, unsoiled Products with their original tags
- Item must be in the original packaging, in the original condition
- Seal open branded electronic items cannot be returned in case of not being happy with the Products as they can’t be resold. Except if the Products is damaged or not working from the start
- In case of branded electronic items, brands or e-store merchants return, repair and replacement policy will apply
- For Flowers, Sweets or other items that are perishable in nature, the delivery would be attempted only once. If the delivery is not executed during that attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such items
- Since flower arrangements are hand-made, there may be a slight variation from the picture shown. However, we will make sure that we deliver the flower arrangement as close as possible to the description/ photograph shown
The customer must ensure the item is packed and delivered securely. ValoBashi will not be held responsible if the goods get damaged on their return to ValoBashi office. Returns are easy, simply follow these steps
- With Order ID details and problem e-mail us at [email protected] within 24 hours.
- We will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process.
- Please ensure that the Product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoices along with the Products.
Please note that you need to contact us within 24 hours after receiving a faulty or damaged Products, it is very necessary that you contact us via mail and also you have to send us the Products within 10 days. We will bear the return delivery charge.
Exchange are easy
- Send back the product to the delivery person by clearing delivery charge.
- Contact us through messenger/phone/email we will exchange the product by 10 working days.
Please note that if we send you faulty Products then we will bear the delivery charge and transaction cost for credit card.
